In A Nutshell

It is your obligation to say “yes” to all the ideas which heal, bless, inspire, elevate, and to accept only the eternal verities and spiritual values of life; and then purposefully build these into your own personality. You must say “no” to all teachings, ideas, thoughts, creeds, and dogmas that inhibit, restrict, and instill fear into your mind.

Love is not possessiveness. Love is not trying to get the other to conform to your wishes. Neither is it trying to force the other to believe the way you want to believe or to do what you want that person to do

When you know that something is true, do not try to appease the other person. Always stand on eternal principles. Never yield one iota. You cannot appease a person who is a little Hitler in his or her heart as such people feed on its gratification. Appeasement never gains gratitude.

Nobody can curse you or have power over you. The only power others could have is the power you give it in your mind. In other words, the power is in your reaction to it. You have freedom to bless or to curse. To bless is to say “yes” to life and to wish for others everything you wish for yourself; namely, harmony, health, peace, and all the blessings of life.

We are all children of the Most High. Realize that truth and wonders will happen in your life. If you reiterate these great truths, you will develop a marvelous, wonderful personality. You will exude vibrancy and become flooded with the radiance of the light limitless. To be spiritually minded is life and peace. Whenever any fear or worry comes to you, or whenever you think you cannot accomplish something, get still and quiet and contemplate the sovereignty of the Spirit. Realize Infinity is within you, that God is boundless love, Infinite Intelligence, Infinite Life, marvelous wisdom, absolute power, absolute harmony. There is nothing to oppose this God Presence or challenge it.

Never forget: You are the master of your soul. You are in charge of your own conceptive realm: of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and reactions. You are a king over your own conceptive realm.
